Heating rods/Cartridge heaters

The construction of our cartridge heaters makes them ideal for use in applications with vibrations and high

temperatures; they can withstand over 500° on the surface of the cartridge.

High-density heating rods are ideal in installations where high power is needed in minimal space.

With thermoelement FeCu/Ni (J), PTFE insulation) 1000 mm fiberglass or silicone conductors

Split cartridge heater

Split cartridge heater, varmepatron, varmestav, split varmelegeme

The split heating rod is ideal where there is insufficient space for mounting the heating cartridge. The split design allows the heating cartridge to be easily removed when cold. The heating rod expands and fits into the bore, which is why it does not require thermal paste. This avoids drilling, damaging, and performing costly and time-consuming work to remove the cartridge. You can reuse the expanding heating elements in other molds that need to be heated.
