
Ceramic infrared heating panels are efficient heating elements that emit long-wave infrared radiation. The ceramic heating panels are used in a variety of industrial and technical applications such as vacuum forming and as heating elements for curing and drying paint. They are also used in outdoor heaters and infrared saunas. These heating elements can transfer up to 90% of their input as radiant energy.
Ceramic infrared heating panels can be operated at temperatures up to 900 °C and surface power up to 64 kW/m²
The heating panels are manufactured using a ceramic process with hollow casting and are filled with thermal insulation material. This enhances the radiation effect to the material being heated, thereby reducing heat loss to the surroundings, so additional insulation of the heating area is usually not necessary.
Compared to infrared heating panels produced using fully cast molding processes, our elements have a significantly reduced heating time and allow for energy savings of up to 25%, depending on the type of application.

Quartz elements
Quartz infrared heating elements are particularly effective in systems where rapid heating response or zone-controlled heating is required.
They have a wide emission spectrum and therefore cover various absorption areas.
Quartz elements have the same mounting fixtures as ceramic elements, therefore they can be replaced without difficulty.
