Mica band heaters are characterized by being easy to install and having excellent heat exchange

They are mainly used in plastic transformation, e.g., in extrusion and blow molding.

Other areas of application include the food sector, pharmaceutical industry, cosmetics, and as drum heaters.


Flat mica heating elements are mainly used for heating press plates in packaging machines, industrial ironing, and general heating of surfaces.


Flat heating elements with mica insulation can be used to heat any type of flat surface, thanks to their excellent heat exchange and uniform heating structure.


We supply both types, customized to your needs.


Technical specifications:

• Diameter from Ø60 mm to 500 mm

• For diameters over 500 mm, we recommend dividing into 2 or more

segments

• Width from 20 to 500 mm

• Can also be produced as a mandrel element.

• Power output up to 4W/cm²

• Working temperature up to 320° C

• Outer casing made of stainless steel AISI 430

• Standard thickness 4 mm +/- 0.5 mm

• Fiberglass-insulated and metal flex-reinforced cable with pure Ni or

CuNi conductors. Operating temperature 320°C

• Power connection via plug, junction box, or wires

Ceramic band heaters are used in plastic transformation, for example in extrusion and blow molding and many other applications where high working temperature is needed


Flat ceramic heating elements are mainly used for heating press surfaces, molds, and for processing plastic materials.

Cast heating band/flat heating elements are characterized by being robust and are used in processes that require higher temperature, greater reliability, and longer lifespan.


Technical specifications:

• Working temperature up to 550° C

• Anbefalede drift temperatur 300° C

• Minimum / maximum diameter = 10 mm / 800 mm

• Minimum / Maximum width: 20 mm / 800 mm

• Flat heating element minimum length = 60 mm

• Aluminium 6,2 w / cm² - 400° C
