Cable sensors can be manufactured in many different variants, both with thermocouple types J, K, S, T and with PT100-PT1000 or NTC as well as other elements upon request.
Standard cables:
• Metal braided cable
• Teflon cable
• Silicone cable
The choice of cable type depends, among other things, on the environment in which the sensor is to be used. The cable is strain-relieved and can be supplied with a spring as bend relief.
Sensors with connection heads can be equipped with transmitters for signal processing or connected via a ceramic block with terminals. The insertion part is produced in variable lengths with diameters from Ø4-14 mm. Flexible mineral insulated sensor sheaths can be made from Ø3 to 8 mm. The sensor head is provided with a thread or is mounted with compression fittings directly into the material or in a thermowell. There is also the possibility to replace the sensor insert without disassembling the sensor pocket itself.
